Super Powers for Journeyman

deadly coins daredevil adventuresAfter digging through Tim Hartin’s homage to Villains & Vigilantes, I got all geeked up about Supers campaigns again and spend a few hours creating a Super Powers generation system for my own game. The Excel file with the system is super powersv2. Let me know if you spot things I left out. My friend Brian reminded me of the old Marvel Superheroes game, so I’m going to dig out the old Marvel Superheroes Encyclopedia from the closet and use that as the setting for the adventures. I have a few of the old Champions and V&V adventures I can use, and I figure I’ll tweak some of the old Daredevil Adventures for the Golden Age adventures, and maybe use a couple Cthulhu Now adventures in the present day. Silver Age is a bit more difficult, but I can probably use some old James Bond adventures as kernels and then build around with my most beloved Silver Age adventures.

An old gamer flying his freak flag, I've been playing table-top role-playing games since 1978. I've been building my own system (Journeyman) since 1981.
